Prepreg Compression Molding

Prepreg Compression Molding (PCM) is to place the pre laid parts in a metal mold and cure them into composite materials under a certain temperature and pressure.

Autoclave

Under high temperature and pressure conditions, the curing and molding of the prepreg are completed in an autoclave. The curing process of the hot press tank is divided into three stages: heating up, adhesive absorption, insulation and hot pressing, and cooling. During the molding process, various process parameters are controlled to produce high-performance products.

Vacuum Curing Funace

The principle of vacuum curing furnace is the same as that of autoclave, which can form composite material parts with complex structure, large volume, and large surface size in one go.
